With news that the previously-fired James Gunn has been reinstated by Disney and Marvel Studios as director of Guardians of the Galaxy, Vol. 3 bursting its way onto the internet, various Marvel talent have been responding to the news.

Karen Gillan, who plays Nebula, quoted Groot’s touching line that cemented the Guardians as a family.
Peyton Reed, director of Ant-Man and its follow-up Ant-Man and the Wasp, welcomed Gunn back home to Marvel, showing a picture of Gunn attending the Ant-Man and the Wasp world premiere.
Sean Gunn, brother to James and the actor who plays the Ravager Kraglin, made a post on Instagram but let the news do the talking.
Scott Derrickson, director of Doctor Strange and its upcoming sequel, praised Gunn’s return quite literally.
