Streaming is taking a bigger share of the home video market, but there are still plenty of ways to bring home your favorite movies on physical media. Leading up the movie releases for March 5, 2019 is Hellboy on 4K Blu-ray. This is the 2004 Guillermo del Toro movie, and the animated Hellboy series comes to 4K April 2, while the sequel is scheduled for the ultra-HD treatment in May.

Keep in mind, many 4K Blu-ray movies aren’t “true” 4K. You can check to see which movies are truly 4K once the movie has been released on 4K Blu-ray.

Here are the DVD, Blu-ray and 4K home video releases for March 5, 2019:


The 2004 classic returns in 4K. Starring Ron Perlman as Hellboy and directed by Guillermo del Toro, the first movie in the series is also the first to get a 4K release. The 4K version isn’t on Amazon, yet, but if you don’t want to wait to get the UHD version, you can grab the Blu-ray of this awesome film on the cheap.

Creed II

The follow-up to Creed follows the legacy of the Rocky movies, bringing the events of the incredible Rocky IV into the modern era. If you love America you no doubt know the story of Rocky IV, and Creed II brings the next generation to the ring.
